Appointments must be booked in advance within 24 hours notice.
A late cancellation fee applies to people who cancel within 24 hours, or don’t show for their appointment.
Treatments are partially covered by Irishlife insurance, however it is up to the client to ensure what they covered for under their policy.
Any clients running late will be accommodated as much as possible, however, any time missed from their appointment will be taken from their allotted time so as not to run into other clients appointments.
By attending the clinic, the client understands that there may be treatments used that may cause some discomfort. They are also aware of the risks involved with any therapy, especially manual therapy, and with this knowledge are happy to continue with their treatment.
We can not guarantee results within one session. We endeavour to get the client pain free and feeling better as quick as possible, however there are realistic expectations that must be met. This will be communicated by the therapist. Please be aware of this if you are disappointed at the results you have after one session,
The onus is on the client to inform the therapist of any serious medical history. Please make it aware at the start of your appointment.
Refunds are not given after services have been rendered.
